Richel is founder and CEO of Rimonci Capital. She is responsible for Rimonci’s overall strategies and transactions control. Prior to founding Rimonci in 2016, Richel served as CEO of a comprehensive IT group in China with 1.5 billion in U.S. sales.

With more than 20 years of investment, business operation and management experience, she has a strong track record setting up new business and growing them from early stage to mature stage, either by organic growth or through investment. She also has experience in board governance, structure, and management and is a member of the Singapore National Eye Center Ophthalmic Technologies Incubator Venture Capital Advisory Panel.

Richel earned an M.S. in economics and a B.S. in engineering, as well as a Senior Leadership Training Certification from the Yale School of Management. She has also received a certification of Eye, Ear, Nose & Throat Innovation by Biodesign of Stanford University and Byers Eye Institute.
