He has a management consulting and operational leadership background in medical device and pharmaceutical companies. Pat is the holder of 17 US patents in medical technology. Pat is a TECLens cofounder.

Pat earned his BSE (Biomedical Engineering) and MBA from Duke University and an MS (Bioengineering) from Penn State.
